At H&H Brown, we realize that Safety and Health is vital to all of our operations and is part of every employee’s daily duties. We are committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees, customers, vendors and the general public. Our safety programs far exceed the minimum requirements for State and Federal OSHA programs as well as MSHA programs.
We have a full time safety manager and various third party resources that provide training and up to date safety information. Our commitment to safety also includes the top propriety of a drug free workplace. We participate in the Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Program, with pre-employment and active employment substance testing.
All H&H Brown employees complete extensive annual training programs that reinforce the best and safest workplace practices. This program exceeds training required by OSHA, MSHA and other State and Federal guidelines. Our safety program also includes weekly safety meetings, daily toolbox talks with a written Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Members of our management team perform weekly job site audits for review.
